Our current 6 girls and 6 boys work two days a week under the guidance of the master craftsman, on the remaining three days they can apply what they have learned in practice. The high quality of ANREI's training is confirmed by numerous awards.

For its high level of commitment to apprentice training, responsible promotion of professional development and high training quality, ANREI was recently awarded the ineo certification of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce again.

There are always interesting events, internal training courses and excursions to partner companies for our apprentices. No matter whether it's practical or theoretical. ANREI attaches the utmost importance to the fact that - despite all the digitalisation - the high level of craftsmanship and solid know-how are held in high esteem. There are even extra bonuses for our youngsters for good and excellent performance!

ANREI offers its employees - especially apprentices - the possibility to get to their workplace with the company's own VIP bus. Our employees are picked up from home and brought back at the end of the working day.

The working hours from 05:45 to 14:15 have proven their worth. There is enough time for friends, family or other activities.

Not just a phrase, but lived reality at ANREI.

During his daily (!) morning tour of the company, managing director Kurt Reisinger gets an impression of what is going on and with whom. And yes, of course he also stops by the apprentice workshop, asks "How are you?" and has an open ear for each individual.

Most of our employees have been with the company for years, many have learned at ANREI. And there are even some who spend their whole working life here.
