With great knowledge and solid skill, we have been practicing our craft for four generations. And yes, digitalization has arrived in the production facility, which has grown considerably in the meantime.
But otherwise, everything remains the same: the love for form and function combined with the material wood, and the love for masterful craftsmanship of our furniture. Our mostly long-term employees craft everything to order and to measure.
The environment is an invaluable asset to us. The public is increasingly aware of this. We are very pleased that we were already producing sustainably at a time when it was not yet on everyone's lips. REAL values, that we live here in the Mühlviertel every day.

Anton Reisinger
In May 1894, Anton Reisinger laid the foundation stone in Pabneukirchen for what would eventually become far more than just a carpentry workshop. His name became its mission: AN like Anton, REI how Reisinger – it's created ANDREI. With craftsmanship, a love for wood, and the courage of a founder, a family story began that continues to this day.

The founder's son takes over the business and continues his father's work with the same passion for the craft of carpentry. The roots grow deeper, and the company solidifies its place in the region.
Kurt and Eleonore Reisinger
The third generation brings a breath of fresh air and new momentum: Under Kurt and Eleonore Reisinger, ANREI experiences a significant growth spurt. In 1972, the foundation for today's facility is laid – a milestone that equips ANREI for the future.

With Kurt Reisinger, a new, defining chapter began in 1994. Timelessly modern solid wood furniture, consistent sustainability – ANREI became a respected brand while always remaining true to its origins.
His credo is clear: uncompromising quality and design that doesn't follow the trend of the moment but endures. „Genuine since 1894 is not a slogan, but a clear promise."
Under his leadership, ANREI grew into one of Austria's leading solid wood furniture manufacturers, winning multiple awards for innovation, design, and exemplary apprenticeship training. The roots remain where they belong: firmly anchored in Pabneukirchen, in the Mühlviertel.
Klara Reisinger
As the fifth generation, Klara Reisinger, together with her father, is shaping the future of ANREI. The passion for wood, craftsmanship, and innovation remains the same – the focus is clearly on what lies ahead. What began in 1894 as a carpentry workshop is today a vibrant promise to the next generation.
Sustainability
As early as 1994, we consistently switched our entire surface treatment to water-based lacquers – the first company in the world to do so. A bold step, driven by genuine conviction. The Eco-Audit award was both recognition and encouragement.
For our oiled surfaces, we exclusively use high-quality, refined vegetable oils. They nourish the wood, preserve its natural radiance, and protect what is valuable – sustainably, environmentally friendly, and good for people.
Quality & Custom Work
When our partners in the furniture trade approach us with demanding requirements, there's no need for lengthy discussions. Our employees know from experience what's possible – and what we can do. Because with us, a word given holds true.
Our business partners share this claim. A mutual understanding has grown – characterized by trust, responsibility, and genuine Mühlviertel handshake quality.
We produce exclusively to order – perfectly fitted, individual, and with the highest quality standards. Every order is handled in-house from the first cut to the last screw, delivered by our own trucks, and expertly assembled on-site. This way, we not only avoid unnecessary travel but also superfluous packaging material – for the benefit of our customers and the environment.
Career
Every day at five in the morning, our ANREI buses pick up the workforce directly from their homes - and bring them back at 2:15 PM. This tried-and-tested working hours model suits many: For some, it can be well combined with their own farming, for others it simply means more time for family, daily life - and life outside of work.
