Training
Our current 6 girls and 6 boys work two days a week under the master's guidance, and the remaining three days they can apply what they've learned in practice. The high quality of training at ANREI is confirmed by numerous awards.
ANREI was recently awarded the ineo certification by the WKO Austria for its high commitment to apprentice training, the responsible promotion of professional development, and the high quality of training.
For our apprentices, there are always interesting events, internal training sessions, and excursions to partner companies. Whether it's practical or theoretical. ANREI places the highest value on ensuring that, despite all the digitalization, high craftsmanship and solid know-how are held in high esteem. For good and outstanding performance, there are even special bonuses for our youngsters!
Breaks at ANREI
Our apprentices spend their breaks together in modernly equipped common rooms or outdoors in the garden, where cozy seating areas have been created. And yes! The drinks are on the house!
Sniff
You are welcome to do a trial internship with us. You will get insight into the production of our furniture, learn more about the possibilities of apprentice training, and be allowed to help out in our training workshop. You will also get to know your (perhaps?) future colleagues, can exchange ideas with them, and receive valuable tips that will be helpful in your career choice.

Not just a catchphrase, but a lived reality at ANREI.
On his daily (!) morning rounds through the company, Managing Director Kurt Reisinger gets an impression of what's going on with whom. And yes! Of course, he also stops by the training workshop, asks „How are you?“ and lends an ear to each individual.
Most of our employees have been with the company for years, many learned their trade at ANREI. There are even some who spend their entire working lives here.
The way to work
ANREI offers its employees – especially apprentices – the opportunity to travel to work using the company's VIP bus. Our employees are picked up from home and brought back after work.
The working hours from 05:45 to 14:15 have proven effective. There is still enough time for friends, family, or other activities.
